1. Introduction

Welcome to Pathos Protocol ("Pathos," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pathos Protocol, including our website, applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Pathos is a decentralized infrastructure protocol designed to mitigate Maximal Extractable Value (MEV) extraction on the Solana blockchain. Our Services include:

  • Access to the Pathos Protocol
  • Developer tools and APIs
  • Documentation and educational resources
  • Community forums and support

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.

4. User Accounts

Some features of our Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pathos is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
